During the first week in May, Fair Haven residents saw new faces at their curbs picking up their trash. For the first time, Fair Haven has outsourced its garbage pick up to a private company. According to borough officials, having M&S Waste Management take over garbage pick up will save the borough about $100,000 this year and $200,000 in the next two years.
